High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer

The Mission

Build and scale our private client book by generating new high net worth personal lines revenue
through wealth advisor relationships, direct prospecting, and inbound leads
This role owns growth in the affluent segment. You will expand existing advisor partnerships,
open new ones, and convert referred opportunities into profitable, retained accounts.

What You Will Own

  1. Revenue Growth in the Private Client Segment
  • Prospect and close high net worth personal lines accounts
  • Target larger homes, complex risk profiles, umbrella and excess liability, secondary
    residences, collectibles, watercraft, and specialty lines
  • Build a personal pipeline and hit defined annual new business targets
  1. Advisor Channel Expansion
  • Grow revenue from existing wealth advisor relationships
  • Identify and open new advisor partnerships across Charlotte and surrounding markets
  • Implement structured outreach plans and referral cadence
  • Position yourself as a strategic risk advisor, not an order taker
  1. Sales Leadership on Each Account
  • Lead discovery and risk review meetings
  • Design coverage strategies in coordination with carriers
  • Present recommendations and close decisively
  • Transition accounts to the service team post-bind while remaining the relationship
    quarterback

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a service-heavy account manager role
  • Not an inbound quote desk
  • Not a passive relationship maintenance position

    not be a fit.

Performance Expectations

  • Defined annual new business revenue target ($300,000 year 1)
  • Minimum number of active producing advisor relationships
  • Revenue per advisor relationship growth year over year
  • Retention above agency benchmark
  • Average account size aligned with affluent market strategy

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years producing personal lines business, preferably high net worth
  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting and closing
  • Experience building centers of influence such as wealth advisors, CPAs, estate attorneys
  • Confident in affluent settings and consultative sales conversations
  • Highly self-directed and metrics-driven
  • Active P&C license required

Compensation

  • $75k base salary
  • 20% commission on all new business written each year
  • Quarterly bonus of $2000 tied to new advisor relationships
  • Annual company growth bonus +/- 10% of base salary
  • Opportunity for synthetic equity starting in year 3
